When a university or a university of applied sciences wants to introduce a new programme, they first need to submit a macro-efficiency application with the CDHO (Commission Efficiency in Higher Education). This application needs to describe which needs the programme addresses and whether the programme fills a gap in the national curriculum. During this process, De Onderzoekerij can act as the project leader, adviser, writer, and researcher.
Examples of projects
Projects that De Onderzoekerij supported include, amongst others, the macro-efficiency applications for the master programmes Pharmacy (Leiden University), Energy Science (Utrecht University), and Governance of Sustainability (Leiden University).
